Tom has over a decade of experience in IT and software development. His international career spans diverse industries, including online retail, insurance, smart city management, working with prominent companies across Japan, Australia, Europe, and the U.S.
This background instilled in him not only deep technical expertise but also a strong foundation in business, finance, and corporate operations.
Driven by a passion for building passive income and achieving financial freedom, Tom strategically transitioned into real estate investment. He leverages his analytical skills and proficiency in underwriting to identify and acquire promising multifamily properties.
